$5.00 per class or $45.00 for whole session (12 classes)

Everyone Welcome!!
Please supply your own mat, towel and water bottle.
Class includes One Full Hour packed full of strength training, cardio bursts, ab/core work and pilates inspired moves. The last 15 minutes of each class is devoted to developmental stretch and yoga.
Each class is designed to be a full body workout with no two classes the same!

Robbin has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a fitness class instructor and personal trainer. She holds multiple certifications with International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA). She works as a Personal Trainer/Longevity Wellness Specialist and welcomes any questions you may have concerning Fitness and Nutrition.
