    I wonder who checks out the little infomation sheets that are handed in to town hall so people can serve on Boards that are voted on by the Carlisle Council? DUH? You would think the City Manager could check out the agenda and every item on it, just to be sure that the Council does not vote a non-resident into a position on a board that requires the person to be a resident to serve. I'd say the City Manager has made all on Council look like fools at the April 13th Council meeting.
