Last night City of Carlisle's City Council meeting, Law Director David Chicarelli was prepared to report on the findings on the
Mayor's work computer that was confiscated back late last year. Instead, Council voted 4-3 to delay the report because it seems they were not notified that the report would be read in the open session of last night's
City Council meeting. The vote also was cast to give Council and the Mayor time to prepare properly for the conclusion of the report.
The report has been delayed till the next City Council meeting on February 23rd.
