light improvement and additions. This will drastically, change the look and feel of our city streets. Since there was no capital improvements in 2008 this is a good step in improving the look and feel of Carlisle. The minutes did not provide where the street lights will be changed or added. But this is definitely a good change/addition to the streets!

It seems like every year it costs more of my hard earned money to light up my front bedroom with these street lights. oh well some subdivisions are immune to these costs because they never had street lights installed at the time of development because that requirement slipped thru the cracks as our former city mgr.said. duh

I would love to see more street lighting in the subdivision with streets Baker Lane, Charles, Clyde Ct., and Vernon. With the exception of the corners there are not enough street lights.
